SleepReady® is the training platforms developed by Fatigue Management & Sleep Solutions Australia.

We provide expert, scientifically based, and operationally practical training programs, consulting services and technologies to minimise and manage fatigue-related risk. We can help you to keep your people healthy, safe and productive.

As well as fatigue risk management principles, our online training covers the fundamental topics such as the science of sleep, the body clock, and common sleep disorders.

Course modules cover important elements surrounding these issues, such as napping, nutrition, caffeine and shiftwork strategies. It also includes the SleepReady® 10 Steps to Better Sleep.

Content is customised to fit with your company branding, and tailored to specific fatigue risk management policies and procedures – as well as your target audience demographics.
