What is SleepReady®?

SleepReady® is the training platforms developed by Fatigue Management & Sleep Solutions Australia.

We provide expert, scientifically based, and operationally practical training programs, consulting services and technologies to minimise and manage fatigue-related risk. We can help you to keep your people healthy, safe and productive.

As well as fatigue risk management principles, our online training covers the fundamental topics such as the science of sleep, the body clock, and common sleep disorders.

Course modules cover important elements surrounding these issues, such as napping, nutrition, caffeine and shiftwork strategies. It also includes the SleepReady® 10 Steps to Better Sleep.

Content is customised to fit with your company branding, and tailored to specific fatigue risk management policies and procedures – as well as your target audience demographics.

Dr Paula Mitchell, BSc (Hons), PhD, MAPS

Paula is a registered psychologist with over 25 years’ experience specialising in sleep, fatigue and shift work. Paula is recognised as a leading expert in the fields of sleep and fatigue management, with a unique combination of scientific expertise, extensive fatigue risk management consulting and training experience, and clinical sleep disorders expertise. She has provided services to a wide range of corporate, government and community organisations, undertaken leading scientific research, and operated a clinical practice for individuals experiencing sleeping problems for 15 years.
